This is said to be a boot, an ankle boot to be exact, but it looks more like a simple loafer or shoe to me.

These duck shoes are made of faux patent leather material and it’s actually combined with textured faux leather at the opening. This faux leather then has metal eyelets that hold the lace design, which then goes along the vamp and ties like a ribbon for added girly style. Like other duck shoes, this also has embossed pattern at the vamp.
